Healing is a deeply personal journey, but I’ve come to realize that we’re not meant to do it alone. In my own experience, healing became more powerful when I found others who understood the weight of my struggles. It’s amazing how the load feels lighter when you’re surrounded by people who truly “get it.”

I’m excited to be speaking at the Healing Conference in Waco, Texas, where we’ll be building that very community. We’re coming together not just to learn new tools for healing, but to remind each other that we don’t have to walk this road alone.
